Stree 2: Sarkate Ka Aatank

stree 2

After the events of Stree, the town of Chanderi is being haunted again. This time, women are mysteriously abducted by a terrifying headless entity. Once again, it’s up to Vicky and his friends to save their town and loved ones.

In “Stree 2,” the lovable small-town Vicky, played by Rajkumar Rao, is reminded that her greatest strength in life is “sachai aur saralta” – security and simplicity. If the film itself had any truths – its villain is a headless Uvinist monster similar to today’s “motivator” corrupting the minds of young people – then these sentiments are gradually overshadowed by the complexity of the cover. Directed by Amar Kaushik, “Stree 2” continues the charm of the original. However, it feels factory-made, unlike the first film which seemed well-made. ‘Stree’ Review: A Feminist Story Full of Laughter and Humor A seamstress, Vicky, saves her beloved Chanderi from the threat of Stree – a terrifying female ghost who preys on lonely men at night – and is now addicted to love. He loves an unnamed girl (Shraddha Kapoor) and thinks about her often. At the end of the first film, he leaves town with Stree’s ropes and is never seen again. Vicky’s friends also enjoy her. Bittu (Aparshakti Khurana) has not started a relationship with his new crush. Similarly, when renowned scholar Rudra bhaiya (Pankaj Tripathi) receives an unexpected letter – which he likes to call a “gupt sandesh” (secret message) – he immediately thinks of his old flame, a lady named Shama. In fact, this letter is a warning. Its contents confirm the strange events that have taken place in Chandri: A group of young girls are kidnapped by “Sarkata”, a demon who has brought an old grouse against Stree. His flying head is the best in the movie, rolling around like a harmless bank of fur before attacking his tormentors with thigh-like hair. We can say that actuallydreadlocks
